OEM Spark Plugs for 2000 Mazda B4000?

Time to replace my spark plugs & wires, but I don't know what kind. I tried looking them up but I am getting mixed information. It is for a 2000 Mazda B4000 4X4 with 4.0 engine. I think the part number is: ZZN2-18-110D but I cant find what brand and the parts stores have too many brands to pick from. Most of the ones listed are platinum and iridium.

What's the difference between the platinum and double platinum plugs? I'm surprised how difficult it is to find the spark plug info. Its not listed in the manual, or a Haynes/Chilton manual. I did look up the engine info from the sticker under the hood (4.0L-YFMXE0105BBE) but all the websites point me to parts stores that say: Platinum, Double Platinum and Iridium are compatible. But from what I understand they operate differently.

I did get the Motorcraft Platinums, but I haven't put them in yet so I can always exchange them.
