It's an 86' F350 Dana 60 front sterling 10.25 rear, 429/np435/np208(?)

Plans

Full hydro steering with single ended ram from trail gear
Chevy 63's in boarded rear
trail gear rear spring out front in boarded (maybe) and push the front forward as far as possible
Push the rear forward as far as possible with out hitting the cab
fully caged, boat sided (probably) tube bed, cut the crap out of the front fenders, maybe dove nose.
welded rear, not sure about the front open for now
eventually re-build the engine, set it up on propane, build a doubler ect.

I have been working on it a bit recently, I put in all new fuel lines and filters. I am trimming the wiring up a bit. Changed the oil and filter. Tore the entire interior out.

There are a couple of tiny rust holes that I need to fix, I put the front bench seat in the back I have two corbuea seats to go into it and 140 feet of DOM tube for the cage.

Should be working on it next week, I need to re-ground everything and see if I can get it to start again now that it has the new fuel line and filters

Im sure it will be cool when its done, I feel your pain with only two people fitting in the ranger, but at the same time nobody asks for rides! Is that wheelbase a little long for a crawler? Or are you shortening it? And I like the rear brake line, lol.

Wheel base is going to be like this, I haven't measured it out yet but as short as possible is still going to be long.

Tires are going to be these LINKY in the 44in flavor.

And lol at Nathan, Ill send you some interior if ya want:thefinger: Its all garbage any way

I'm not saying you're wrong but most trucks with the 429/460 block were 460s. Ford had a bad habit of building blocks casted as 429s into 460s and the other way around. Just saying you might have a few extra cubes....
