I did some repairs on the exhaust yesterday and all was good. Last night the truck started to bog down. This morning it wont start. I tried starting fluid and didnt work. I believe I am getting fuel but no spark. Is there any way to check the coil pack or ignition module. I pulled a plug wire and took my volt meter and plugged it in and tried to start and didnt get a reading. Any other ideas. I have an extra ignition module and tried that and got nothing(not sure if it is good got it at a junkyard and not tried it yet.)

Never probe secondary ignition with a voltmeter.
If you dont have a spark tester, use a plug that is grounded to check for spark.

What engine? Could it be a plugged cat?
