No power starting off, OBDoid A, B, C Malfunctions, 1409 EVR Control Circuit, 135 O2 sensor heater, 1451 Evaporative Emissions System Vent Control Val

OBD codes 1409, 0135, 1451, 743, 750, 755, 760, 1747. Originally, it had plenty of power but it idled rough and would cut off when stopping. We replaced plugs, wires, MAF. The problem then changed to bogged down (no power) upon taking off. Once it got going, it idled beautifully and seemed to have appropriate power until the next red light when we would start all over with no power. My friend said one bad 02 Sensor could be causing all these codes to show and the power issue. What do you guys think?

I forgot to put. It's a 99 Ranger 2.5L 4 cylinder with automatic transmission.
