Ive got a 1992 ranger standard cab, the seats are arm rest are shot. Its a 60/40 seat configuration. They are vinyl seats and i cant stand them. Will seats from say, a 2003 ranger fit in a 92 ranger standard cab?

I ask because i have an 03 ranger and i love the seats in it. Let me know!

Some of the newer seats are part of the track so you can't easily swap them. If they come off the track they will probably mount on your tracks.

Then you run into rear window clearance. I have Explorer buckets in my '85 (same cab as yours) They hit the back window, the vinyl makes an annoying honking sound on the speakerboxes... I don't like them.

Thats kind of a bummer seeing as how it seems explorers are more plentiful at this point then intact rangers :dunno:

I feel your pain, anything I can find for a STD cab Ranger or BII is way the wrong color and appears to to have been attacked by a pack of rabid racoons...

I bought racing seats to put in my 97 standard cab but like 85 ranger said, the seats (which were leather) would squeak on the back window, plus they were uncomfortable and hard to get into and out of. I ended up selling them 2 weeks later for a loss of 133 bucks. I took my 60/40 seats and took the 60 part (Drivers side) to an upholsterer and had him cut it into a single bucket and give me extra padding and a lumbar, I then installed a center console by rampage and now I am comfy as can be. Unfortunately I went the long hard way around it, lol!
