You know, I had someone show me a lever style brake flaring tool once. It was really pricey, but after getting one, those stupid twist the forcing screw things got thrown in the bottom of my tote for doing automotive plumbing and left there. Two pulls of the handle and you have a factory looking flare. Every time. Only disadvantage is that you can’t really use it on the vehicle. I showed my mechanic buddy Paul and he was so impressed he bought one too. I can’t remember if Paul got the extra die set, but I did. So the die set that came with mine does 45* single, double, bubble and DIN flares, plus I’ve found you can bulge tube for clamping rubber line on. The extra die set is for the 37* AN style flares. The only thing that I wish it did would be to AN flare 5/8 tube.

This looked pretty creepy so I bought one. Turns out it's built quite well and it's very handy for creeping around, seated or flat.

Bought a set of 1/4" drive Phillips size PH0, PH1, and PH2 bits along with a magnetic tipped bit driver handle. These fit those pesky small Phillips screws. The bits should be hard and the driver handle should give me plenty of torque. I'm tired of fighting with those cheap dinky miniature screwdriver sets.

I didn’t even know there was such a thing, but when I saw it, I had to have it. It’s basically a pop rivet gun that leaves you with a threaded nut as part of the rivet.

There is only one thing I can think of that I can use it for right now, and as much as I love it, I don’t think it’s heavy duty enough. I could’ve used it 1000 times when I was building the step trailer. Might be one of those things that stay shiny in the drawer for a long time, but when you need it, there’s nothing else.

& even the one use will be worth the $15

I have a similar rivnut gun to that. It pulls aluminum rivnuts just fine.

This one pulls the steel ones much better.

I have the HFT rivnut thing Rick got, it's fine for the aluminum ones, I've only put a few in with it though, like mentioned it's not the best but when it is useful there aren't any other good options... I used it to hold the towing mirror on a duallie Chevy truck that the 3 stock bolts pulled out of the door...

I have one of those. The c-clip for the pivot pin tends to break. It will get you through a job or two but you'll eventually will need to buy a new one.

I went to Wyotech in Blairsville, PA back in 05-06. The school closed in 2017, and the property was bought in 2020. This week they auctioned off everything. Honestly I can't believe all the stuff was still there. Thousands of tools, cars (no titles), semis, equipment, engines, office supplies, and so on.
I ended up buying a Durkop Adler sewing machine with a table and storage cabinet. A Katskin vacuum pump for installing headrest covers, and a roll of Wypall towells with a stand, lol. I missed out on a couple other things I wanted, but oh well.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Here is a review/demonstration of the u-joint removal tool I posted a couple months ago. Definitely a time-saver.

How the heck did I get unsubscribed from your channel? This is the first time I've run across this. I've heard about youtube magically unsubscribing people from channels but this is the first It's happened to me.

Sorry. I don't know how they do that stuff. I've never kicked anybody off.

Oh, I knew it wasn't you. Channels have been reporting the subscribers have been mysteriously being unsubscribed for some time now. It's something with youtube.
