now i have stock suspension with 235/75/15. can i run 265/75/16 with out rubbing? and if so how bad will my gas millage go down??

yea so if i have a stock 15 wheel can i switch to a 16? i have a 4.0 with 3.73 i believe.

Nope you would need a 16" rim.

I have the 265/75R16 on 16inch rims i just want to know how much my gas milage is going to go down if i put them on.

how about 1-4mpgs? It really depends on a lot of factors and every truck will be different. Even a similar truck with 3.73s and the 4.0 may get different numbers. But most likely changing from a 29" tire to a 31" tire should maybe kick u down 2 mpgs if that.

Note this is from my experience with vehicles, not empirically supported data.

Also sorry for the misunderstanding of the whole 15 to 16" rim thing (didnt want to make you, or me, sound stupid).
