It's been I few since I've posted anything here so Let me start by saying "Hi".

I recently aquired a set of Fiberglass, Gen III, fenders and bedsides.

I could turn the "black frog" into a Gen III but, I would have to cut it down to a short box.

I don't currently have a Gen III cab. Other than my DD supercab.

I'm thinking about building a silhouette bodied "ultralight" Ranger. Maybe even a duratec 2.3. Radiator/a.c. condensor on the cage in back. Maybe even 2wd. I think I could get the weight down to around 2000#.

Then again, if I build an ultralight with a 4cyl, a d28 might hold up halfway decent. I have a PILE of d28 parts to break!!

I really, really, really need a pair of 14" coilovers to go with these fenders, I just can't find a reasonable deal on a pair.

Also, I have never done a build on here. If I get enough interest, maybe I will.

I want to hear your ideas. What would everyone like to see based on a set of fiberglass gen III fenders?

I would have to agree with alwaysFlOoReD, a rally racer would be cool to watch
