just installed a rough country 4 inch lift, replaced everything with new parts, went to install steering components and now they are too short! Not just a little short but almost 12 inches too short!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

the the tie rods are about 12 inches too short from reaching each side. we replaced all the ball joints and tie rods and everything with new parts, put everything back the way it was, looks exactly the same as before but went to put the drag link and tie rods on and way to short. its got me scratching my head! the wheels are the same distance apart as before, I cant figure out where all this distance came from! I'll try to get down there tomorrow and take pictures
