Will it stay running if you hold your foot on the throttle?

Im beginning to think its a wiring issue ...when it started I was on the interstate and the oil pressure gauge started jumping like crazy and soon as I hit 70 the engine would slowly start slowing up and start running rough then it shuts down you cant give it gas to keep it running

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Pull codes like they said. But also, check battery voltage key off and engine running.
