Need 1985 to 1990 Cab

I have an 85 Ranger i have owned for 15 yrs. It runs great and everything works. Since moving to Northwest Florida on the coast it has rusted badly. It is even on the firewall which would be difficult and expensive. I would like to purchase a truck that has good cab and right fender. Does anyone know for sure which cabs fit 1985?
