Actually building over it's not a bad idea. I just have to figure out how to cap it. As old as the building is I'm guessing it's metal pipe and not PVC.

Not trying to add any work to your project... I swear.

But...

If you could tie into the water supply and future wet bar sink drain... it sure would be nice to have a utility tub sink on the other side of that wall to wash you dirty hands... hook a hose to... fill a bucket... cool off hot parts... use it as a mop sink... whatever.

I'll go away now...

A nice slop sink is always handy.
You can sometimes find used commercial kitchen stainless steel sinks for next to nothing. That’s what I used for my slop sink.

Why should I pay someone else to screw it up when I can screw it up myself for free?
I second the outside or inside utility sink. I made an outside cold water sink for fish/crab cleaning and love it. I found a good condition resin sink with faucet at a used plumbing store for $25. The rest was leftover composite decking material and things on hand. I use it all the time.

Kind of late now but try to leave about a foot of slack on each wire outside the boxes. I believe thats code and it makes it a lot easier to swap things around if you have to in the future. Nothing worse than having a wire thats 1/2" too short when doing renos.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

That is minimum amount inside the box. AlwaysFlOoRD's suggestion was to have some slack outside the box for future use. Not a bad idea, really.

I had the deluxe funnel in my old garage...

I had a couple drunk hot chicks come in the mens bathroom at a Detroit Red Wings hockey game and use the urinals on either side of me once. Surely that must count for something...

They must have thought those were weird toilets, and you were one ugly woman.

They knew exactly what they were doing... I'm certain it wasn't there first time... their aim was good enough they surely had lots of practice.

Can I have the number for HR please... I kinda feel violated.
