Sunpro 2" gauge set

Universal duel gauge pod... after i cut it down for a better fit.

first test fit....

Gauge pod attached to a pillar trim with 1 poprivet and some good old loctight super glue..

you can do anything with Bondo

Tomorrow it will get one final coat of Bondo and some paint...

looks good, where are you going to put the temp gauge at? 30s are probably as big as you want to go if you DD this thing, otherwise that 2.9l is going to feel like a 2.3l.

im making another pod for the temp gauge....it will get mounted on the dash under the ashtray

ok heres the gauge pod i made tonight for my temp. gauge..... it was a pain but i think it turned out really well.....


its made out of fiberglass resin.... heres the kicker the mold i used to cast it was part of the package that the duel gauge pod came in....

here it is trimmed up with the 2'' hole and mounting bracket...


tomorrow it will get paint and i should be able to get it and the gauges both installed.....

test fit....

my light bar should be here in a few days and my body lift is also due for delivery this week....so expect new pics sometime this week....

that gauge pod looks good, i was wondering how you got it formed so nicely but then you let the cat out of the bag (which im glad you did, ive been wanting to try my hand at fiberglassing something). cant wait to see more pics when the rest of your goodies show up!
