so I got to work tonight, luckily i was able to save all 4 wheel studs from being replaced with my die. I also looked into using studs instead of my bolts on my hi-steer arms and deided not to, checked all the bolts with my torque wrench and all bolts are still at the same specs. The hi-steer is 1-off "self designed and home made" so I'm still just getting comfortable with them. I did however finish the "bracing" that I've been meaning to do and I am now much more confident in the hi-steer arms and the knuckles themselfs with the full hydro.

My helper

Never posted pictures of these, but they are so the springs wont wrap and break, the bolts i used proved too weak because ive broken a few, I will be adding 2 more on each side of the spring on both sides.

and the sammi we're working on.

realized there were a few other things I never added.

Fuel cell:

JAZ: 8.5gallon Fuel cell w/ rollover valve.

Purchased new, and this was after about 1yr of use.

Prepped and sprayed

Trick fuel fittings

In this pic you can mostly see the vent routing, it goes up the driver side of the cage, goes over at an upward angle, then back down and you can see the overflow/filter at the bottom mounted in the frame rail.

I also found my shaft pics.

and this is how i did my Hi-steer arms.

Ground the knuckles as flat as I could, cleaned it up with my die grinder, Drilled and tapped holes, clearanced the upper caliper tab a little

New harness's.

lol no, close though. Just went to a spring shop and asked them to make me a leaf eye to accept this bushing, 8" long and 2.5 wide from 3/8's.

worked on the B-duece a little bit today. Mostly on the OBA which got put together then upgraded and never put back together, if that makes sense.

obviously this is temporary for the mounting, but the location is what im going to use, I am also ordering another 2.5gal sun performance tank to mount on the same spot other side. I am going to fabricate steel brackets off the cage to bolt them to.

and here is just a video of my vi-air switch i finally got wired. It kicks on at 110psi and off at 150. I just cracked the line wide open to make i cycle.

thanks guys. I really appreciate it, its been a long time in the making and I've had sperts where I just quit and thought about never starting back up, but I just keep on building.

94 - Im not sure on any CFM ratings but I can tell you that its pretty decent. It has no issue running my 1/2" impact to pull my wheels off and it will constantly run the air chuck and die grinder which is rated at 3cfm @ 90. I currently do not have a regulator so its blasting the full 110-150 out but I plan to regulate it to conserve air with only a 5gallon capacity.
