my 94 mazda b 3000 2wd v-6

won't shift after started but fine when not also clutch feels like nothing and if i put it in gear to start it lunges for

Clutch slave probably failed, pretty common issue with these trucks

I concur. Most likely the slave cylinder is shot, which means you are going to have to remove the transmission to service it. It's very easy to replace... once the transmission is out. If you are willing to repair it you might as well check the status of your flywheel, pressure plate and clutch while you have it out. Also check the freeze and oil plugs on the back of the block, and the rear main seal.
