My 1996 Ford Ranger 4x4 (TRS-2) Re-Build

I added a spare tire carrier, reflective striping, replaced the lights with LED, added (2) LED lights on the front and back of the fenders, and an LED light strip across the back with an amber LED warning light on each end of that light strip that are synced and alternate.

I also added a receiver at the front, a receiver winch mount, a Smittybilt 9.5k winch, (2) LED flood lights to light up the deck, D-rings at each end to secure my Ranger, a car battery, custom switch box for the lights, a battery charger, and trailer brake breakaway switch.

IDK. I didn't pay much attention to it when I took the wheel off. Just wondering why the clip rests on the camber bushing in the passenger side, and there's a gap between the clip and bushing on the driver's side.

Good question. Are both bushings same brand/model?

IDK. They've been in there a long time.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, the stupid upper balljoints do what they feel like... it's even worse with the big angle dealies that are two piece, they wander all over the place... You aren't driving it to the event so just run it, eyeball the camber and the caster will just be fine, you aren't going to kill the tires offroad with the fixed angle adjusters...

My '90 the upper bushings move constantly, I've tried different bolts, chased the threads for the pinch bolt, loctite in the gaps in the bushing, it always just does what it wants... but then again I'm running stock radius arms and a standard radius arm drop bracket and a ~6" lift... extending the radius arms are on the short list, I've only had the parts for a decade, don't rush me...

So after hauling TRS-2 to Indiana and back on my new trailer I noticed that the left rear trailer tire is worn / cupped real bad on the inside.

The tire in front of it is barely worn at all.

Got a warranty on that thing? It hasnt even been 90 days yet lol. Throw it on a balancer and check them wheel bearings.

looks like a bent axle/spindle on that corner.

+1 on the bent axle. Being most trailer mounting points for the axles and springs are fixed, I can't think of anything else it could be.
