I’ve driven on the highway 3 times in the last week or so and each time when I get up to OD around 55-60 mph when going up slight inclines the truck shakes and vibrates. Today it also did a little in 4th gear. Sometimes it’s not even when going uphill. I replaced my tires and wheels, so all wheel bearings as well about 3 weeks ago. (Also i noticed my engine is drinking coolant pretty quickly) Do I need to pop more grease in the bearings? Do I need to retorque the bearing nuts? Replace the u-joints? Get an alignment? In need of some help, thanks in advance.

It's up there.
Total Drop
It's down there.

Round.
My credo
I poop in the furnace.
First I'd figure out where the coolant is going. Engines should not "drink" any coolant. Misfires from say a head gasket leak can manifest as pretty severe shaking.

I never found a leak. Refilled the reservoir Wednesday and the coolant is still full. I’m also not getting check engine light, no codes

Typically vibrations at certain speeds are tire balance... does it go away if you go faster?

Using coolant should be your priority.

I would also double check your wheel bearing work... if it wasn't doing this before you replaced them.

It does not go away the faster I go. More I accelerate, the more the truck shakes

Well I took it in for an alignment today and the guy said they won’t touch it because “the lift is not right for the truck” because the control arm was ground down and he said the ball joints are loose. Said if the control arm has to be ground down then the lift is not right for the truck. Not sure what kinda shit his mechanic fed him.

So does it have a spindle lift or drop?

I've heard of some folks have to grind the control arm a bit for clearance in some applications.

It is a spindle lift. And I had to grind a good bit. and a second time, I had to grind more. But it fits well now. I don’t know why the mechanic would say it’s not right

Well I mean generally speaking, if you have to grind a part to make it fit, it's not right.
