HIS NAME WAS ROBERT PAULSON!
His name is Robert Paulson
When you go to the video store and rent a wicked old VHS of Fight Club to watch with your hot girlfriend (must be brunette or it doesn't work as good) and you watch the movie and get kinky with her in the Robert Paulson scene.

After the film you do the nasty and halfway through you completely go limp, totally dead, you hold your breath for as long as you can until that bitch thinks you're dead. Then and only then will she start to chant "His name is Robert Paulson. His name is Robert Paulson. His name is Robert Paulson." Then you finish inside her like never before and you realise that there is no girlfriend and she is actually your hand. Fight Clubbed.
Hahah, Dwayne watched Fight Club alone last night and totally did a His name is Robert Paulson again..

Yes, International used the same name, and Ford copied the vehicle and sold it as a Bronco

International's came out in 1961, Ford's in 1965/6

The question of the sedan market dying out came up on the Taurus Club a while back, with similar results "I want you to make what I want". Well, my stepmother put it well in 2012. She had a 2009 Ford Focus that she and my dad had bought for her brand new in 2009. "I can't put anything in the trunk!". My 2004 Focus was the same. The cars had a good sized trunk - deep, wide, and long. BUT, you couldn't fit anything substantial into the trunk because the opening was so small. On a square, the opening to the 2004's trunk was probably 18 inches by 12 inches (height x length - bumper to rear window). The trunk itself was 24 inches deep by 36 inches long (back bumper to back seat). In theory, you could fit a 27 inch tube TV, in the box, in the trunk, IF you could get it through the opening (which you can't).

Now, there were four things I liked about my Focus. It was comfortable. It was fuel efficient. It handled well. And, it had the features I wanted. BUT, I couldn't fit anything big in the trunk. Compare that, now, to my Fit. It got better fuel economy, handled like a go-kart, had the features I wanted, AND, I could fit large stuff in the trunk/hatch.

Ford really shot the sedan market in the foot. To get better gas mileage, they smoothed out the lines, and shrank the trunk opening, rendering the trunk useless. Of course, people like me who want to be able to put bigger stuff in the trunk, have moved to CUVs, hatchbacks......

I know you can. BUT, can you fit an item that is 46"x32"x18" in the trunk? It's easy to fit something that isn't taller than the opening into the trunk. It's not so easy to fit something that's not taller than the trunk, but IS taller than the opening, and LONGER than the opening, into the trunk.

I never understood why hatch back cars weren't more popular for that reason. Seams like the last well designed hatch back car was the Pontiac g6 unless there was another car that I forgot about. Those g6's in a 2 door with the hatch were sharp looking and you had a hatch instead of a little doggie door for a trunk. Currently I'm driving a pt cruiser since my truck is still out of commission and I will say they designed that interior with limited space in mind. Not only does the back seat fold flat but the passenger seat folds forward and is level with the back seats. I've literally put a 7' wavy kids slide (the plastic ones you see on the wooden play houses) and had room to spare to shut the hatch. Haven't seen any other car were the passenger front seat fold forward completely flat. Honestly thought about how they would look in a ranger since they are fairly comfy seats and that forward folding seat could be handy compared to ford's lack of movement on their seats.
