Between all of us, we should be able to figure it out..
Hey everyone, hope life is treating all my fellow RBV fans well!
I am about knee deep in the middle of a conversion project, turning my long bed 4x4 into a diesel: OM617 -> M5R2 -> NP205! I'll consider doing a build thread on it a bit later on.
Anyway, I have a few parts that I have collected and won't be needing anymore. These parts were either on my truck when I decided to tear it apart, or they were on another truck (and working) when I decided to tear them apart :p

The parts are:
(2x) BW1350 manual t-case
A BW1354 Electronic t-case with pigtail (don't have the computer anymore, dunno what happened to it)
Will have a couple of radiators after I figure out which one I'm going to use
A couple of throttle bodies for 4.0
A new mass air flow sensor for 4.0
A couple of starters for 4.0
An alternator for 4.0, and one of the 130amp alternators for an explorer which is a direct swap..
A 4x4 transmission for the 4.0, pretty positive it's the m5od-r1 but I'll double check
Driveshafts for 4x4 Rangers of different configurations..
(3x) Coil packs for 4.0, two have brackets still ..
Have a wiring harness for the 4.0
Power Steering Pump, was replaced a couple years back
Also have a 90tm block that is free, but it has been sitting in weather with the lower intake manifold removed, so your call. It's not seized up yet, haha, but it's headed to the jy whenever I get around to it.
Oh and a set of valve covers and a couple of different intake manifolds and fuel rails for the 4.0 ohv, if you want a set to practice porting on
You can have the charcoal canister if you want it, for that matter, I won't need it!

All parts were working when I pulled them, but I don't offer guarantees on free parts! :)

I probably have some other bits and pieces lying around. These parts are free IF you have a project for them, or will otherwise provide an awesome home for them. Local pickup only, in the Atlanta area. Would love for Ranger lovers to come by and chat for a while, and be sent home with needed parts. Prefer for you to drive your RBV here to pick it up, so I can look at your rig!

Would really love if somebody will take these t-cases, make a doubler, and send me photos of the results :)

Anyone doing a 4.0 conversion? I might have some stuff you could use.. computer, that little fuel injection computer that's in the header panel, other knick knacks and dolly-wacks.

I do accept trades for other cool stuff, or for a story or a helping hand with my project, if you just don't like to take things for free (;

I owe a lot to this website and the community of knowledgeable and passionate enthusiasts here, so I am giving back how I can. Anyway, hope to get these parts to good homes. I don't want them to go to a scrap yard, and I don't have the time to try to sell them, so come grab em if you need them. I'm in the Atlanta area (East and slightly south of ATL by ~20 minutes)

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
Way to go! Good for you, for "sharing the goodness". I hope that you get a good response on your generous offers.

By chance, would you have a set (upper and lower) of steering column covers, for an '89-94 second-generation interior, manual transmission with tilt wheel? I'm close to you, and willing to buy.

Sorry, friend, but I don't have any parts for that generation interior! I have an extra column cover for a first generation interior, but it looks like that won't work for you! Best of luck in your search!

Crossed threads are tight threads.
I could use a throttle body and 130amp alternator...Would you happen to have the center console?

If you are willing to ship to california, I'd cover the costs and then some

Yes, NakedDucks, I do still have the transmission and the cases, both of the 1350s are manual

Just brought home a m5r2 for my swap, today! :yahoo:

And I'm sorry, Eddo Rogue, I'd really rather not ship anything.. My truck is down right now, so getting to and from the post office requires me using a favor from a friend with a working vehicle. Are the parts difficult to find out there? If they are unavailable or rare out there, I could possibly save them for you until my swap is done, it will be more convenient for me then.

Keep in mind that I can't and won't guarantee these parts, but they were working when I collected them.

When can I come get the trans and a t-case? I am aware they are “as-is”

I have a 92 Bronco if you’d like some parts off of it.

Sure thing Eddo, best of luck to you! By the way, I talked to my friend who has an expo center console he might be willing to ship, PM me and I can give you info. He will take photos of it later today - it isn't exactly mint condition.

And Ducks, I probably won't leave the house again for a couple of weeks, haha. So really any time works for me. PM me for phone number and we can have a call about it.
A couple of FSB parts could possibly come in handy... I'll get back to you about that! One thing that comes to mind are Dana 44 knuckles..

The transmission and one of the 1350 Manual cases have been reserved for NakedDucks. One other 1350 and 1354E available, hoping somebody wants to make a doubler with them! (That was my plan, before the rabbit hole led me to the Np205...)
All other parts are still up for grabs for Rbv enthusiast use~

The D44 TTB is yours when you get ready!!

If the Bronco gets scrapped before you can get over here, I’ll pull the D44 1st.
