Welp... Either your clutch is shot, or there is a problem with the master or slave cylinder not engaging the clutch. If you can't see leakage, line swelling, or physical damage from the master cylinder I'd be inclined to think you're simply due for a new clutch and slave cylinder. (No point fixing one and not the other since both require removing the transmission)
