I know, I know, they are like hens teeth.

Anyone have one ?

I work with a company that makes street rod pitman arms and they have the ability to broach the pitman splines if they are the same as what they already make.

Even knowing the center to center of the manual pitman arm would be helpful.

Thanks for any input !

Jeff

Would the part you're seeking be the part that's on my truck? 1985 RWD with manual steering.

I'm in the process of trying to replace this truck which may free up this part for your purposes, but I don't think I'm likely to be into the "disassembly" phase of that project until mid next year. More or less just posting this to give you a breadcrumb to follow up with me if it gets to that point and you still don't have one in your hands.

Thank you !

I have new steering box and a new pitman arm coming.

Not sure if the master splines are in the correct location and I will need to cut the drag link taper a little deeper, but in a week or so we will all know !!

Edit: Correction - I missed the 2wd in the original request, everything below is a 4wd so please ignore:
and here I took the time to check the 1st gen in the 'yard today and get dimensions for ya :p
2 3/8" offset, 5 3/4 center to center

Just in case it was too difficult to read I scribbled down the part no E37A-5590-AA ... now looking at the high res I think that first 5 is supposed to be a 3 - with the part number it should be real easy to get a drawing with a little google fu.
