That thing is bitchin. Not too many of those left anywhere. I had a '79 210 hatchback... wish I still had it. I could get it back, but the rear end is shot and the interior is gutted.

I know a guy who bought a 6.4, had his mechanic take off the emissions bs in the exhaust and was tuned. He would tow 33K of concrete up I-70 (mountain highway) at 75 mph and it would never kick out of OD. He got a bad batch of diesel in it though and sent every single injector to the shitter. He decided he hated the new technology and bought an 07 "balls to the wall" 6.0. He put in an edge and he says he tows the same road now but he loads up about 47K in concrete. I dunno. Just my 2 cents. I really like the look of the new 08, but hate the problems and gas mileage. But his 6.4 was quick. He blew by me in my ranger like it was standin still, while i could out run my buddies cummins on 33's that had stacked chips. Ever heard of those trucks with the cummins/allison in a ford. Sounds pretty good to me!
