anyone in Central Texas who is willing to meet up and help me figure out why my truck won't start?

it cranks all day long but won't start. As far as I can tell, everything is hooked up right and i have installed many new parts (CKP sensor, coil pack, plug wires, spark plugs, all gaskets, seals and many more).

I just rebuilt the engine because the old heads were cracked and to change the piston rings, etc and it did not have this problem before.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
this is my first post but I've been reading articles and threads on here for a little over a year now.

sorry if this is in the wrong place, PM me if you think you can help
this is the most similar thread i could find: http://therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=156254

I just totaled my car and now I am out of a running vehicle, I'm desperate to get this thing running again and I've tried everything i can think of.

When doing the ignition mods did the spark plug wires get installed in the correct positions? Has the timing been set correctly (at least close to get it started)? Does it try to fire at all when you are cranking it? I'm close by but I thought I would ask some questions before diving into it--got a long day scheduled so may not be able to help at all until Friday.
