Thanks

I recommend you stay away from Chinese made tires. I've mounted them on cars and a lot of them feel pretty flimsy.

I've got a set of the Enduro A/T's and I love them, especially for the price. They're GT Radial's more aggressive A/T, looks more of a mud tire when actually mounted. Biggest complaint I have is they are really, really loud.

Neither of those tires look anything like the duratracs...

I would also stay away from those tires. Working for tire shops the last 5 years your really get what you paid for. Chances are they cut cost somewhere to make those tires cheaper.

I looked on TireRack.
BFG
Kumho
Duratrac

Personally, I stay away from any tires not made in USA or Canada. Only way I'd use Chinese tires is a offroad only vehicle or only tire available in that size.

Shop around, I got a new set of BFG MT's for $125/tire + $10/tire freight from an overstock place. 32 inchers on a 17" rim... I grabbed them and ran.

I stiil think they look like duratracs, but the muddogs have bigger spacing between the treads. and I didn't say IDENTICAL, i said they looked alike, or SIMILAR

You do know that Good Year makes tires in Chile too right?

Kinda sorta not really like the Duratracs.

When I first saw them I thought of the Kumho Mud Ventures, but they are quite a bit different too.

those look like the old goodyear MTRs. I'll bet when goodyear came out with the new style MTRs w/kevlar the sold the molds to the "B rate" tire companies. Working for a tire place i agree with you get what you pay for. I probably wouldn't rely on a cheap tire for something that sees lots of street driving.

Are we just throwing tire brands/models out at random?
