I've yet to be made a grandpa but in some ways I'm looking forward to having a little one to play with again. I envy you in that aspect.

I must say though. i feel your pain. I am supposed to take my Ranger to a car show today, all except my kids invited themselves over for my wife's birthday on Sunday. Now I can't detail it. I got to clean the house.

I feel your pain. My pregnant daughter's birthday is tomorrow. I'm making potato salad... stuffing and bacon wrapping a dozen jalapeños... prepping about 40 korean bbq chicken wings and cutting up fruit for a melon ball salad. Then I clean the house... then cut and trim the yard.

All while I have a garage full of new parts I'd rather be putting on my Bronco II.

This party thing... which includes her boyfriends parents and siblings got sprung on me last night.

Probably very little Bronco time until Monday.

Im hoping my ranger is still around and running when my (7) year old grandson is able to drive, who knows if any manual shift stuff will exist by then.
My daughter is engaged now to someone with the last name of ferguson, I told her if they had another child to name it “massey”. she got the joke, he didn’t at first.
Grandchildren are better, you can send them home when they get to be too much, and at 7 he does seem to have endless energy.
