Hey Y'all!
After wanting a 4-cyl mini-truck for years I finally picked up my first Ranger! She's a bone stock burgundy '94 with a 2.3, 2WD, stick shift. 183k miles on the clock so she needs a little love. I averaged 20.77 MPG on my first two fill ups.
My plans for this build so far include a tonneau cover snap delete, canopy, 2 1/4" cat and exhaust, bigger tires/rims, gears, wipers, and a bit of fun to get the thing to breathe a bit more - cam swap maybe? carb? I'm out here in Oregon DEQ heaven where we only need to pass a CO/NOx sniffer administered rectally. No safety, no under-hood visual inspections, just a VIN check and a quick sniff so I can have some fun with this truck! I've been a member of communities for most of the cars I've owned and I browsed plenty of threads here while shopping for Rangers so I'm looking forward to contributing to yours.
Cheers! Jack
