Jump seat amp mounts

Has anyone mounted an Amp to the bottom of the jump seats? I wouldn't mount them directly against the seat. I just want to ba able to use the seats in the rare occasion that both my kids are with me. The amps are the perfect size but I'm not sure what they are made of and before I rip it apart I wanted to ask the masses. To give a better perspective when the seats are folded up the Amp would be visible but when the seat is down it would be underneath.

You probably already figured it out by now. Would probably work, especially if the seats are up most of the time, but the amps may run hotter with the seats folded down, being underneath them and upside down.

The seats are definitely metal with a foam inlay and it looks to be a perfect fit for what I would like to do. Its actually really easy to get the cover off the seat.
