One of the junkyards here in town has a shit load of Pintos. All picked over in the last 20 years since they've been off the road, though. Last one I saw on the road was a wagon that eventually got put in a demo derby, did pretty good too.

All the Pintos here in the Salt Belt rusted away long ago.
Not all of them Johnny. I know where there was a good-body one up until a few years ago when the owner died. The engine and trans were shot though, I think his wife junked it after that.

It was just over in Dillsburg, at the northern edge of York county.

I'd do the wagon in a heart beat! Small block all the way. Think most of the V-6's came with the 8" rear, good for some HP. Bought the one shown here just for the parts. Guy from work put it sidewise into the passenger side door. Build 351, reworked C-4 and the narrowed 31 spline 9". Only drove it up the driveway, sidewise of course. Gapp and Roush (Jack) built a twin turbo'd big block Pinto in '75'. Called it Sudden Death, now being restored in FL.

Theres pinto all over central florida. I have a buddy with a pinto and a 460 swap. Lets just say he had to torque chain the block to the k member and run some large ass tires. Talk about a screamin demon.

Alright, went to go look at it today, looks awesome, and I really really want it. The guy was so nice and was amazed that a 17 year old would want a pinto. I made a friend today.

It needs some work but thats what I want, something I can fix.

here are some pics, let me know what you think...
