I still have my Bronco II and it still has the explorer drivetrain. I finally got all the sensors and brakes working right about 2 years ago.

It's a stock 4.0 with an m50d

4 wheel disc brakes from an early 00s mustang

F350 master

6" lift

Truck will do burnouts in reverse. I have rode it so hard the lift blocks are rotating in the rear. Not a big deal. It will roast the 32" mud tires through 5th if I want (and I have done it).

I shift the 4.0 at around 5500. On multiple occasions I have ragged it to almost 7 grand. I have driven it at 115 mph with my own alignment.

All I wanted to say was thank you to this forum. Without you, this wouldn't be possible

Got a 302 for free so we'll see if it makes its way in there. I am going to build the motor. Not sure yet if I'll sell it or use it. Not sure what manual trans and transfer case would work with a 302 so there's that as well. Did get an auto trans I'll probably trade or sell with it.

The bronco has become a side project. Been focusing on my 366 chevy twin turbo. It is a ridiculous idea, but I guarantee it will be fun.

I'm slowly doing similar with an 83 caprice wagon. 4.8 LS two turbos and a 3-71 blower.

That project has shown me I have more patience and commitment than I ever knew I had lol.

They'll for sure do that. Plus, you'll invent many new words.

Just realized twin turbo and supercharged. Sweet. Mine I just want to twin turbo and nitrous. That's it lol. Everybody does it to ls motors and it's awesome. I got this flatbed 366 for free. It is the worst tall deck big block ever but I am going to see what it can do. I think it can make every bit of 600 hp and 1000 lb ft. How many rpms? All of them.

Plus I am not the first to twin turbo a 366 tall deck. They can take serious abuse.
