Intermediate drive shaft

Wasn't sure where to post this... Truck below was experiencing some serious grinding as I'd brake moderately or hit a bump. Took it to Ford dealership and they diagnosed as the intermediate drive shaft, said it came apart. They said the closest replacement is in TX, 3 days away and will run $821. Is there a place on the internet I could buy this thing (or Advance Auto/AutoZone) and how hard is it to install?

I wold def call some junk yards and u-pull-its, you could get one for $100 or less.
