93 was the major redesign, so I doubt it

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!

Front window... no.
Rear window... maybe. (See below)

If the 92 is a regular cab... no.
If it’s a supercab... yes.
All supercab rear windows bolt in. (There are some later years that all the bolts don’t line up, I’ve heard.)
All regular cab rear windows up to the end of ‘92 were gasket mount.
All 93 - 11 regular cab rear windows are bolt in.

Ok..........

I have built 2 gen 3's (93 & 94) and am workin on 2 more (94 & 95), so I will tell what I have found within these builds, but if you need to know other info, I have the ability to check via Ford catalogin at work:

93-97 fenders, hood, front bumper, grill, headlights, marker lights are a direct swap.
93-94 radiator supports are same and 95-97 are same (2 different PN's)
93-97 doors interchange
93 to 08 beds are direct bolt ons and taillights are interchangeable
92-02 Explorer rearends are direct bolt-in if you want 4" of drop in the rear, if don't want the drop, then you have to weld on new leaf spring perches
92-02 Explorer seats will bolt right in after you swap the Ranger tracks to them, the Explorer seats have the holes made into them for the tracks
93-97 cabs are interchangeable, as are 98 up
82-97 steerin boxes are interchangeable to include the MS boxes
82-94 heater boxes interchange, as does 95-97

I'm sure I'll think of more, but that's all I can think of for now!:icon_confused:

The bed itself is the same. The tail lights all fit the hole, but are not all the same lens, some were 2 bulb, some were 3 bulb.

So much misinformation in here it isn't even funny... 98-up bodies (cabs) are NOT a direct bolt on to earlier model frames. Extended cab models are very close other than radiator support mounts. Regular cabs (98-up) aren't even the same length as any earlier model so they are definitely not gonna work...

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
I think you need more info about the 91. There were several engine options. Otherwise, your question is a bit too vague to answer easily. Please start a new thread in the general section where it belongs. Give more info about exactly what you want to do and try not to muddy the waters with too much irrelevant stuff. Something along the lines of;

Hello. I have a 1985, 2.8l, 5 speed manu, RWD and the engine is dying. Could i swap a 1991, 4.0l in place of the 2.8?

Or something like that.

Thanks and welcome to TRS.

Yes it will. I put a fiberglass stepwise off An early 2000 or something and it fit perfectly on my 94.
