Installing a 3" Body Lift Kit

I have a 2004 Ford Ranger XLT FX4. I want to install a body lift so i can mount 33'' tires. First question is does anyone know of a kit that comes with the most complete parts in order to lift it. Second what will i need to buy in addition to the body lift kit

I second that. If its a manual, you need the shifter extension as well. Make sure it comes with the steering shaft extension too

8 Years actually , im confused.... I saw a Killer Sticky ? Total write-up on this mod @ 3 weeks ago before i even bought this truck.... it must of been on this Awesome Site, I just cant find it again, but this "Answer" came up' LOL ... any Idea of the post Buddy?? THX

2004 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 3" body lift ... I saw a Totally Full Complete 10 page write-up and I cant find it again, sorry to say it might of been on "another" Ranger site, but it Should be here...........................I LOVE this Site !!!!
If I find it again, I will post it here.... tells u Everything u need to know, before totally all ripped apart & needing more parts & hardware & can't drive to store ..
The "$300 "Kit" is just the Basics, One Example: I Never saw a kit with gas tank extensions, i was leaking gas for weeks before even noticing & finding the exact size inner & outer metal tubes (weird Bent double-tube 90 ranger that only filled SLOWWW til i figured it out)
