2.3L ('83-'97) Idle Air Control Valve

Can anyone suggest a good brand of IAC Valve for my '90 2.3L? There are so many brands out there I don't know which to go with and I haven't been able to find a Ford/Motorcraft one (for a 2.3). I tried to find out who made them for Ford but had no luck. Is Hitachi good? Mine still works but the insides look like it spent a season in the bottom of my charcoal grill and I just want a new one. The part number on mine is...TE-9F715-A1A. Could I take mine apart and clean it, is that an option? Any and all info. will be greatly appreciated.

RonD recommends Hitachi if you can’t find Motorcraft.

Cleaning it with a plastic safe cleaner might help, but probably only if it’s visibly gunked up.
