50 Cal, when you really want to reach out and touch someone.
I Inherited the truck, 2008 2wd 4cyl, when my brother died. I am 88 years old and am finding the truck very valuable as my wife of two years (my first wife hit he expiration date after 62 years of marriage) and I build our Sanctuary using other peoples junk. Its amazing what other people throw out. I never had a pickup before (except for a 1934 Ford roadster pickup with a 500ci Caddy engine) so didnt realize what treasures there were if you can just haul them away....LOL

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
Welcome to TRS.

A pickup truck is like a pocket knife- essential.

Sorry to hear about your brother and first wife.

And it is amazing what others discard; I'm a "repurpose person" myself (OK; more realistically, a cheapskate).

I've been know to save and repurpose a few things. I've even boosted my wife into a dumpster to do some of my dirty work. We still laugh about it to this day.

Welcome to TRS...

Yep, I have been called a cheapskate, but my wife makes me look like a piker. She is Dutch from South Africa (family 400 years in Namibia). She doesnt care if people do find us picking their trash. In fact she gets "Professional courtesy" from our trash man. One day she was late coming down with the trash and he had already passed our house....BUT he backed up so she could get it out. The trash man doesnt do that for ANYBODY....but her....
