I have new sun visors, but they didn't come with the rod in them. How do I get the rod out of my old sun visors? I tried pulling on it, but with the amount of force required, I wonder if this is the correct way. Thank you.

I'm not sure but maybe there is a clip system like the fuel injection lines connect to the filter.

I got them out. I originally went about it the wrong way. Originally, I held them in my hands and tried to pull the rod out. This is not possible. I screwed them back into place, then from the opposite side of the truck, I pulled and twisted and they slid right off.

Edit: I just realized that I accidentally posted this in Interior and Exterior Lighting. Sorry about that.
