Hey man!!! I had those on my truck!!!

now for the kicker... they look good but at night they turn you into a suicide jockey.
You can't see crap front or back, they are velcro so just pop em out at night right?
after about 2 months of this the velcro loses it's integrity and they blow around or fall off... mine did both.

I kept the ones in the rear for a while, then one fell off on the freeway. I ditched the other.

No way in hell is it safe to drive with them over your headlights!!!

i saw a dakota that had them and it looked pretty cool, i have just heard that some cars that have them arent affected at night, i was wondering i that was the case with the ranger.

I had that exact AVS or whatever setup.... I loved the look, I always wondered if I could drill enough holes in it to make my headlights work, lol.

The tail-light covers looked cool but air would suck right into them on my step-side and pull them back away from the light cover.

I wish window tint was a higher quality I'd put some really high tint over the headlights.... my 97 is blacked out on white... so it looked awesome, just functioned for crap.

They look OK when your parked, but my understanding is as illegal to drive around with them on as those HID kits, I'd ask your local P.D. or see what Jim has to say.

im just looking for a cheaper alternative to the euro style head light and tail light set-ups. i was hoping that the covers had good reviews, but i guess not. Maybe on my fleetside the taillight covers wouldnt get sucked off by the wind like on ur step side?
