Hood Pins

Wondering what set of hood pins will work best with 1983 ranger? If you have placed a set in your truck, what ones did you use? any pics?

Ive not used hood pins with a ranger but I have a HHR with hood pins, bought them at advance auto.

Pretty sure that fella with the drag truck with a small block Chevy in it has hood pins but I can't remember his dang name.

I have a set of classic style hood locks on my Mustang. I'm eyeing a set of hood pins at CARiD for the Ranger.

I made my own. If it was for bling I would have used stainless and polished them.

Hey all,

Decided on these 2 sets for pins. They come in blue (lol) keep up with theme. cheers

On the bolts for the plates I will need to buy longer ones to go through the hood properly.

The hood bounces too much and I don't trust the latch. Just some added prevention. cheers
