set up to blow the air through the intercooler thats in front of my radiator then into the intake
Why not? The Supercoupe, which the m90 comes from, does exactly that.
Because does a roots not force it directly into the head? If it is going to blow it through the intercooler in front of the radiator then why attach it to the heads? This is not the way I've always understood a roots style to work.

The Supercoupe is a little different then your typical setup, it does not "force air directly into the heads". Most people, when they make an intake to adapt the M90, invert it so it will blow directly into the intake. Eaton designed it to blow out from the top, not the bottom.

Follow the air flow:
Air filter -
Mass air sensor -
Throttle body -
M90 -
Outlet tube (the one that says "supercharged") -
Intercooler -
Bypass valve -
Intake.

Not as inefficient as you'd expect. The cool air is worth it in my opinion. Whatever power is lost in the tubing is made up for in cooler air and engine longevity because of the resulting lower temps.

engine longevity
:icon_rofl::icon_rofl:

I guess you've never owned an SC! The head gaskets tend to blow between 60-80K.

I've got one with 64k miles on the body and a motor with about 5 miles.

You really cant blame the setup, its the design thats the problem. The rad and the intercooler are next to each other. The rad is too small and the coolant system is sub-par. (Not to mention the head gaskets arent the best design.)
The solution is a front mount intercooler, a larger rad, and newer 4.2l head gaskets.

That is the way mine is set up just like the supercoupe
Dont make me repeat myself.

It still doesn't matter... A stock block 5.0 with a blower off a 3.8 V-6, will not be efficient, nor will it make anywhere near the kind of power he is hoping for.

My offer still stands, I'd eat my shoe, film it, put it on youtube for all to enjoy if it puts out that kind of power.

Once again, My setup is essentially the same, except I have a blower designed for my application, and have been running it for 6 months now.... Doesn't make even close to 500, neither will his.

:icon_rofl:

When I was his age (Makes me sound old.... even though I'm young as hell still), I thought my civic with a B18 swap could light the road on fire and could make 200whp naturally aspirated :icon_hornsup:.

I'm just trying to help him out if those are his honest HP goals, he will need a TREMENDOUS amount more work, and will want to stay away from that blower.
