Ok so this last weekend I changed out my driver side seat 1996 is the year, this seat has the lumbar and bolster features, with the lever in the front to move the seat back and fourth. Now I changed it out with an 1997 that had the bucket seat. with the power move forward and back, tilt and the up and down along with the air lumbar. Bolted right in.
Don't know if ford change the floor level, but I definitely sit a lot higher than the old seat. Did ford change the frame height, or the floor level? Or is it just me and I got to get used to it. Feels weird!

My credo
Keep your mind like an umbrella, it only works if its open... Continually learning.
It could be the butt dyno telling you that new seat doesn't have the mileage like the old seat.
