Higher limit speedometer gauge

Do they sell higher capacity dash gauges for my 92 ranger? As you may know, it maxes out at 85, and I want to have one that maxes out at 120 or higher.

Do they make them? And if they do, how do I calibrate the mechanical speedo to tell me my speed correctly?

make your own. just cut the bottem of the cluster and use a white marker/ paint pen and add your own speeds haha, because i think these speedos just keep spinning

The Canadian ones are marked in kph so they must go higher that 120 (I'll check on mine when I remember). then just change the gear in the t/case.
