high beam low beam mod?

is there a way to safely make the low beams stay on when i flip the high beams on?

i believe it's something similar to the "brite box"... it may be illegal where you are at... use the search function, it's been asked many times before.

not that hard, im planning to do it to mine too
i dunno if the lens can hold up the heat tho, i assume it can

u need to wire a relay to the low beams line activated with the high beams.
a direct 12v wire with an inline fuse to the low beams light.

u do know how to wire a relay?

ok so here it goes
86: hook it to the high beam wire
85: ground
30: 12v from the battery with inline fuse, i think a 20 amp fuse will do, correct me if wrong
87: hook it to the low beam wire
87a: not used

It is possible in the older style sealed beam setups, I have run it in my 84 for about 3 years now with no problems but I was instantly turned away from doing it to newer vehicles because of the bulbs. With both filiments going in the tiny glass casing your more likely to melt the bulb before the lense gets damages thus ruining your bulbs.

I can't find a decent picture but the bulb was literally a blob in the housing.
