Hi I have an in progress V8 swap that hopefully I can share the build and get some help and advice also. My truck is an 02 4x4 with an 01 Mercury Mountaineer 5.0. Swapped in I also installed an F150 manual transfer case. Looking forward to interacting with fellow Ranger nuts.

Hi Johnny, I'm on the downhill slide of my conversion. Took much longer and went way way over budget. But it's going to be a bitchin' ride.

Couple questions:
1. How much did you have to massage the tunnel to get the F150 Transfer case to fit?
2. I just ordered a 3" body lift kit to make more room and hopefully make it easier to make the exhaust to the collector on the passenger side.
3. What model of F150 transfer case is yours?
4. Is it manual or electric?
