Hey Everyone.

Just got a 2005 Ranger. 4 banger with 5 speed.
Needs some love and I always find forums the best place to get solid info.
Look forward to learning from everyone.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

365K? Wow. Impressive.
I picked this one up fairly cheap. Dude used it on his farm. Decided to sell it and I snatched it up.
Air intake had a rats nest in it. Needed a thermostat. I did the normal oil change and coolant flush. Needs rear brakes soon too. I adjusted them but the parking brake is still weak, but better.
Runs like a top now. 149k on it. I plan on driving it for a while. I have a 4x4 Toyota that I am parting ways with. Good truck but it's lifted and my old ass would rather sit down into a vehicle instead of climbing into it.
