NO!!!!! You are NOT listening. When I had my '91 Ranger, most of the time it sat in the driveway, unless I needed a truck. Why? Because I preferred to drive the car (which ever car I had at the time). The car was more comfortable, especially on long trips. It handled better. And, it got better gas mileage. That's why Ford's newer trucks have cushy bucket seats, a nice stereo, a smaller engine that makes decent power, IFS, four doors, etc. Because they sell. Why do they sell? Because people want a truck that handles well, can haul the family, and gets decent gas mileage.
As for your last paragraph, I find it HIGHLY offensive. How DARE you call me that just because I don't want your fuel guzzling tank of a truck!! And you have NO RIGHT to tell me what I should buy!!
