I dropped my 2011 Sport 3-5 drop from Crown flip kit shackles keys. Now at 55-60 the truck shakes like crazy. what did I do wrong...

Did you get it aligned, a 4-wheel alignment?

What about the tires and wheels?
Are they different than the ones before lowering?

What you did wrong was change the very carefully engineered suspension geometry.

What you did wrong was change the very carefully engineered suspension geometry.
and now you have an incorrect pinion angle which is giving you driveshaft vibrations. you need to match the angle of the pinion at the rear end to that of the carrier bearing (or trans tail shaft if you have a single cab)

As already mentioned you need an alignment regardless, and if you feel the vibrations under the floorboard, in the shifter, or from rear half of the truck it's just driveshaft vibration, which is an easy fix you just need to add some angled axle shims under the flip brackets to correct the pinion axle, pretty standard stuff.
