My credo
If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
Manual steering and 3 on the trees made it untill 86 didnt they on the F series? I know the 3 speed did.
He was tougher than that, it had a 300 and a New Process 435 creeper gear. I'm not sure when manual steering went away, after his truck we never ordered any for stock and no customers special ordered one to my memory, except in the early 80's F100's.

Dodge call the step side Utiline, and regular side Sweptline
That may not a widespread thing, generally "sweptline" refers to the generation before the first gen "Ram" My grandfather had one, it is a cool truck. Best shifting 4spd I have ever met.

Name comes from the sweeping bodyline.

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
The super camper special.
All 73-79 regular cab F350s had the 140” wheelbase. The SCS package was basically just heavier rear springs and sway bars. They dropped the “super” in 77, and just called it the camper special through ‘79. (F250s were also available as Camper Specials.)
