I am posting this here for a few various reasons,
1. It will get more attention
2. not quite sure which one to post in cause it could be in like 2 different ones so Mods you can move it as you see fit if you want.

But any way, I was wondering if anyone had the ability to fab me an adapter/flange for this turbo so i could use it with a round exhaust pipe rather than having to Fabricate an exhaust manifold for it. Here is the size Turbo I plan on using .
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/T3-T4-hybrid-turbo-SVO-Turbocoupe-Turbo-Ford-5-BOLT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1205Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem27a97add2fQQitemZ170347126063QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

The exhaust pipe that goes from the cat to the Exhaust Flange(towards the muffler) i believe is 2.25" or 2" either way i would need the round part of the adapter to be either 2.25" inside diameter or 2" inside diameter.
Any help on Fabricating this would be AWESOME since i have no skill in fabing this kind of thing, mat and labor cost would be much appreciated as well.

I made an adapter for a guy at work for his Toyota truck. Would you want it to transition from square to round? How thick can it be? Bolt hole dims?

see I'm not sure about how thick i need it to be thats why i was askin you all, because there are people on here that know what i need. but yea square to round. To get an idea of measurements i was plannin on usin a T3/T4 hybrid turbo.

if you can get a set of gaskets for the two sides that ned to be adapted, that should be sufficient. gaskets are usually very cheap.

i know exactly what needs to be adapted but the gaskets let you know where they bolt together and how much you can port it out to to get a better flow. ive done this before on a twin turbo setup. the guy trusted me with 2 $2300 turbos that he bought from japan for his 300zx.

If I understand correctly what you are proposing, how do you plan on returning the oil from the turbo to the pan? as they will be at the same level.

I was thinking of making a remote oil reservoir and a remote cooler and pump for the oil, it will prob be a PITA, but i dont have to figure out how to make it return to the pan. That is what one guy did that made a remote turbo.

to C_note,

unfortunately i dont have the turbo yet, or any of the Gaskets, I just was wondering if people could do this for me and how much it would cost, since you are in edgewood I would probubly come to you to do this since you are only about 82 miles from me. but I need to save some moneys for this project, I might go ahead and get gaskets I'll have to shop around tho so i can get them, if i had the turbo i would give it to ya to make it easier
