Read through the pages I posted... The harmonic balancer is not keyed its press fit. There are 2 diamond incrusted (seriously) washers behind the balancer that hold the balancer and crank gear to the crankshaft. The whole thing is just held together with friction which is why the engine will essentially explode if you try to remove the balancer bolt before locking the camshafts and setting the crank properly. If you remove the bolt the crank gear will loosen and slam the cams to neutral and send the valves through the pistons....Diamond washers????
