Wheel alignment is out of my knowledge base, like most things :)

I would use washers behind the wheel and lug nuts to get castor and camber correct, but then you couldn't actually drive it that way, lol, well you could if you wanted, and then also see how many clowns would actually fit into the cab

The truck generation is irrelevant, first gens and '89 4x4's have D28 front axles and that part fits only 2wd and D35 equipped trucks. I'm only seeing up to +/- 3.25 degree bushings for the D28 application.
@Shran Do you have a link to the 3.25° bushings? I can't seem to find any other than the 2.75° that are listed for the Dana 28 axles. At least that would get Wannagodiving with in a half degree or so of what is needed till the suspension fully settles.

I'm not sure how to link directly to a RockAuto part but try opening up 1989 Ranger, then Suspension, then Alignment Caster / Camber Bushing... those two parts are towards the end of the tan colored "economy" section.

Skyjacker tech support is borderline useless as you have discovered. I imagine they're saying that they sell an adjustable bushing that goes up to 2 degrees maybe? If they're saying you simply need a 2 degree bushing, that is absolutely incorrect, maybe you do, maybe you don't, getting the truck on an alignment rack will get an exact measurement.

TTB alignments and windshields are about the only things I farm out to a shop... it's just a lot less hassle to let them deal with it and get it right.

You can also do a part lookup by part number on Rockauto using the part numbers Shran has provided.

Alternatively, and I find it easier, is to throw the manufacturer name and part number in to Google and click on Rockauto's link with that part number. It will bring you directly to the part so you can purchase them.

RAYBESTOS 6122027 : plenty in stock cost under $10 each before shipping
MCQUAY-NORRIS AA3952 : Only 2 in stock Under $10 each before shipping

it is easier to fix and understand than "her"
the 6122027 is a 3 plus. if you cant get it with that and adjustable radius arm bushings, you need pivot drops.

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
Autofab makes STX TTB drop brackets. They’re designed for the stock 2” lift. Just spend the $550 and be done with it.
