Hello from Tyler, TX

Yesterday I was minding my own business when I came across a Craigslist add of a 1988 Ranger with 61.000 original miles. Long story short, a friend of mine rented a dolly and off we went to pick it up. The truck is not running do to a wire harness problem. For what I see, there was a short between some wires close to the left head light. Otherwise the truck seems to be sound, no dents, no rust, clean oil in the engine and tranny. Paint is another story, it will need to be repainted but for a $1000 I can't complain. Will let y'all know of the progress I make.

Nice find... that paint might just look pretty good after a good dose of rubbing compound and a coat of wax. All those trucks up here just kinda crumble in the driveway.
